Power Tumbling & Trampoline

Power Tumbling & Trampoline: For the students who love to flip, we have the perfect class! 

Tumbling and trampoline take that natural desire and add the safety of progressions and proper instruction to elevate your athlete.  Qualified instructors develop your child's skills on trampoline, double-mini, and rod floor systems.  It is a great & safe way to learn a back-handspring.  Classes are co-ed.  Class length is 1 hour.

Tumbling Team:  (Invite Only)  Experience the fun and excitement of competition through tumbling, double-mini, and trampoline.  Back-handsprings are required.  There is an increased level of commitment on the part of the gymnasts, coaches, and parents.  This team also performs at local events!

Class length is 1.5 to 2 hours twice a week.

*Students should dress appropriately with hair tied back and jewelry left at home.  Soft shorts and T-shirts are required for boys.  Girls should wear a leotard or tight fitting shirt & shorts White socks or gymnastics shoes are a must.
