Back Handspring Boot Camp:
Tumbling experience required: back bend & round off.
One of the biggest milestones in tumbling is conquering the basic back handspring, so we designed a camp specifically focused on advancement through this skill. Your child will be exposed to a variety of drills designed to increase the core strength and muscle memory that is used to progressively accomplish the goal of a proper back handspring.
- Two (2) days of intense drills and skills
- Camps run Tuesday and Wednesday
- 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm each day of camp
- Due to past sell-outs, pre-registration and pre-payment are required!
Advanced tumbling spots also available during boot camps!
