Ages 6 - 12 Years
- Boys Level 1 (Beginner): The five basic motor movements (run, jump, throw, catch and climb) are emphasized in this high energy class. Strength and agility skills are taught using our foam pit, climbing wall, and much more.
- Boys Level 1-2 (Intermediate): Now that your have mastered the basic positions and skills it is time to move onto the next level. Emphasis is placed on strength and flexibility as you move into more advanced skills and stations.
