Our prep cheer class teaches proper techniques in tumbling, dancing, and stunting in preparation
for competition cheer. Time is also spent on strength and flexibility exercises to keep our athletes properly
conditioned and to develop a love for fitness. Classes are geared to develop skills on the beginning and
intermediate cheer level.
Ages 4-12 Years
Proper Attire: Cheerleaders should wear stretchy shorts and a fitted T-shirt along with tennis shoes. Hair must be pulled back away from their face. No jewelry is to be worn.
