One of the biggest milestones in tumbling is conquering the basic back handspring. So we designed a camp specifically focused on advancement through this skill. Your child will be exposed to a variety of drills designed to increase the core strength and muscle memory that is used to progressively accomplish the goal of a proper back handspring.
