Our cheer classes provide a positive, welcoming and confidence building
environment for athletes that ensures they feel a part of a team!

Rec Cheer: Ages 5 to 14

Get ready to cheer, show off, and have a blast in our fun, non-competitive cheer class! Learn the basics of cheerleading—stunts, jumps, sideline cheers, and awesome motions—while gearing to join us in the summer parades. Low commitment, high energy, and tons of fun!

Cheer Tumble/Cartwheel: Level 1

  • Tumble: Forward & Backwards Roll, Handstand, Good Side/Bad Side Cartwheel
  • Kicks: Super Split Stretch, Sideways Wall Kicks, Forward Wall Kicks
  • Jumps: 8-Count Straight “T” Jumps, Straddle Leg Lifts, Toe Touch “V” Ups
  • Motions: High/Low V, T & Broken T, Straight Fists/Wrists

Cheer Tumble/Walkover: Level 2

  • Tumble: Falling Into Backbend, Front Limber/Walkover, Backbend Kickover/Walkover
  • Kicks: Pendulum Leg Swings, Heel Stretch Holds, Liberty Hops on 1 Leg
  • Jumps: Toe Touch Jump, Pike Stretch, Pike “v” Ups
  • Motions: Candlesticks, Goal Posts, Strong Shoulders

Cheer Tumble/Back Handspring: Level 3

  • Tumble: Power Round Off, Standing Back Handspring, Round Off Back Handspring
  • Kicks: Leg Lifts-Each Side, Single Count Front Kicks, Single Count Side Kicks
  • Jumps: Pike Jump, Super Splits, Single Leg Lifts
  • Motions: Right & Left “K” Angle, Feet Positioning, Locked Out Arms

Cheer Tumble/Walkover: Level 4

  • Tumble: Forward & Backwards Roll, Handstand, Good Side/Bad Side Cartwheel
  • Kicks: Super Split Stretch, Sideways Wall Kicks, Forward Wall Kicks
  • Jumps: 8-Count Straight “T” Jumps, Straddle Leg Lifts, Toe Touch “V” Ups
  • Motions: High/Low V, T & Broken T, Straight Fists/Wrists

Competition All Star Cheer: Ages 6 to 14 years

All Star Competition cheer team that focuses on all aspects of cheerleading: stunting, jumps, dance, rallying, sideline cheers, voice projection, flexibility, tumbling, team spirit and much more. Fully prepares your cheerleader for High School/Middle School cheer squads. Frequent Showcases and Competitions held throughout the year.

Back Handspring Boot Camp: Ages 8 and Up

Ready to flip your skills to the next level? Join us for our high-energy Back Handspring Boot Camp, designed to help athletes gain confidence, power, and technique in their tumbling!

Athletes will focus on:
Proper progressions & drills
Strength & flexibility training
Spotting & safety techniques
Building confidence to go backwards

Whether you’re working toward your first back handspring or looking to perfect your form, this camp is the perfect place to train with experienced coaches and reach your goals.
