Power Tumbling

Tumbling and trampoline take the natural desire to flip and add the safety of progressions and proper instruction. Tumblers use a wide variety of equipment such as trampolines, incline mats, tumble trak and rod floors

Tiny Tumbling: Age 5-6

  • Developing basic tumbling skills, somersaults, rolls, handstands, and handsprings
  • Use of trampolines and mini tramp included

Tumbling: Ages 6-18

Beginning

  • Develop body awareness and basic positions on all tumbling and trampoline apparatus
  • Work on handstands, cartwheels, round offs, backbends, as well as arm and leg strength
  • Learn level 1 double mini and tramp skills

Beginning II

  • For those kids who just want a push to move up
  • Will work on back handspring progressions, round offs, handstands, cartwheels, and back bend kick-overs
  • Learn level 2 double mini and tramp skills

Intermediate

  • Working on standing back handspring as well as round off back handspring, one handed and dive cartwheels, and front tumbling including front handsprings
  • Learn level 3 double mini and tramp skills

Advanced BHS (Back Hand Spring Series)

  • Work on layouts, back twisting, whips, front tumbling, etc
  • Includes the tramp and double mini occasionally for drills as a supplementary event
  • Must have an independent round off back handspring or coach recommendation

Advanced Tuck/Layout

  • Work on back tucks, layouts, whips, front tumbling, etc
  • Includes the tramp and double mini occasionally for drills as a supplementary event
  • Must have a coach recommendation
  • Must have a back handspring series

Advanced Twisting

  • Work on back & front twisting, whips, front tumbling, etc
  • Includes the tramp and double mini occasionally for drills as a supplementary event
  • Must have a coach recommendation
  • Must have a back handspring series

TNT Team: Ages 6 to 18 years

  • Experience the fun and excitement of competition through tumbling, double-mini, and trampoline
  • *Back-handsprings are required
  • *Coach recommendation & evaluation required

Back Handspring Boot Camp: Ages 8+
